Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensure our strong presence in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane and nearby regions

• Mapping potential customers & generate new opportunities for Addonix.

• Setting realistic and achievable targets for the sales team, coaching them and monitoring their performance

• Work with Marketing team for brand promotion activities

• Maintaining & improving relationships with our customers

• Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging market verticals and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements

• BE Mechanical with degree in business administration with minimum 5 years’ experience in solution selling in CAD/CAM/CAE or Industrial products in Mumbai region

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Good understanding of Social Media tools like LinkedIn etc.

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process.
